w4d4 – gwent? anyone wanna play gwent? you, gwent?

since buying a new computer in january I’ve been playing ”the witcher 3″, albeit on low intensity (still in velen, doing ”family matters”). so far I think it’s a great game. my plan is to finish the witcher, then satellite reign. also have original sin in catalog. during the summer, I expect xcom2 to be on sale and then it’s time for no man’s sky. not sure if this will be possible but I will make an effort. 😉

wife and I have been watching a certain series. will finish the last episode and then mention it again tomorrow.

main lift

deadlift, 3 / 3 / 3+. after warmup:

  1. 3x 145 kg
  2. 3x 166 kg
  3. 5x 187.5 kg (3+)
  4. 3x 187.5 kg (joker)
  5. 3x 187.5 kg (joker)

did what I needed to, but this was heavy as a  very heavy thing. could clearly feel that I had not deadlifted for a while.

assistance lifts

squats: 5x 10 reps at 123.5 kg

also heavy as a goddamn tree trunk.

barbell calf raise: 17 + 15 reps at 123.5 kg

band pullaparts: 2x 60 reps

…and that was that.
