bench press, 5 / 3 / 1+. after warmup:
- 5x 83.5 kg
- 3x 95 kg
- 3x 106 kg (1+)
- 3x 106 kg (joker)
- 1x 107.5 kg (joker)
did a solid three reps in the main set. happy for the joker set as well, but after that my batteries were emptied.
close grip bench press: 5x 10 at 77.5 kg
went for power development.
pullups: 5x 10
dumbbell shoulder press: 12x 24 kg, 7x 24 kg
band flyes: 60
