bench press, 5 / 5 / 5. after warmup:
- 5x 73.5 kg
- 5x 83.5 kg
- 5x 95 kg (5)
all paused relatively nicely on chest. last set was a bit slower on the way up than I wished for, but it is quite all right.
barbell close grip bench press: 5x 10 reps at 67.5 kg (all paused)
krocs: 4x 20 reps (each side)
dumbbell shoulder press: 11x 24 kg, 10x 24 kg, 9x 22 kg
band back fly: 5x 60 reps
