this week is rest/deload and I have only been to the gym two times. with oceans of time, I have watched the first season of ”from dusk til dawn” on netflix. the original movie has not really aged gracefully but it sure was loads of fun when it was released.
did some light paused bench press, up to sets of five at 80 kg. then military press, pullups, skwaats and band exercises. it felt good.
more paused bench press. also close grip bench. more of a bodybuilding day. now my body is relaxed.
