I felt stronk. no grind, just five solid reps. decided not to push for a sixth rep but rather do joker sets.
paused barbell bench press: 5x 10 at 78.5 kg
pullups: 5x 10
dumbbell shoulder press (one arm): 9x 24 kg, 8x 22 kg, 8x 20 kg
dumbbell bicep curl: 9x 16 kg, 6x 16 kg

- 3x 118.5 kg
- 3x 136 kg
- 8x 153.5 kg (3+)
- 3x 153.5 kg (joker)

happy with the eight rep set here. did a few jokers sets and it was glorious (i.e. I felt like the stronkest guy around).
