w4d1+d2 – for the emperor!

this will be a short post.

as usual, everything is really great and I stress too much about the small things.

d1

military press, 3 / 3 / 3+. after warmup:

  1. 3x 55 kg
  2. 3x 62.5 kg
  3. 5x 68.5 kg (3+)
  4. 3x 68.5 kg (joker)
  5. 3x 70 kg (joker)
  6. 3x 70 kg (joker)

I felt stronk. no grind, just five solid reps. decided not to push for a sixth rep but rather do joker sets.

paused barbell bench press: 5x 10 at 78.5 kg

pullups: 5x 10

dumbbell shoulder press (one arm): 9x 24 kg, 8x 22 kg, 8x 20 kg

dumbbell bicep curl: 9x 16 kg, 6x 16 kg

d2

squat, 3 / 3 / 3+. after warmup:

  1. 3x 118.5 kg
  2. 3x 136 kg
  3. 8x 153.5 kg (3+)
  4. 3x 153.5 kg (joker)
  5. 3x 155 kg (joker)
  6. 2x 155 kg (joker)

happy with the eight rep set here. did a few jokers sets and it was glorious (i.e. I felt like the stronkest guy around).

barbell good morning: 5x 10 at 78.5 kg

barbell calf raise: 5x 10 at 78.5 kg

rocky situps: 14, 10, 10, 10, 10

bands: 3x 60

    Excited for Deathwatch? Made by the same guys who did E.Y.E, which is as close to a 40k Inquisition game we’ll ever get.
