wxd1 – active rest and deload

today is the first day of my deload/rest week. it is doubtful if I will do any lifting at all. what is certain, however, is that I will go to the gym a number of times despite this.

my aim is to do some low intensity conditioning and the program for knee injury prevention (i.e. cruciate ligament injury prevention).

the photo above shows the conditioning part. I decided that 30 minutes of rowing (c2 machine) would be enough. intensity was fairly average, I would say. the most uncomfortable sensation was the hard plastic seat and not the exercise itself.

    Nice job on the 7000+m row in 30′! Yes, the seats on the c2 are miserable and the handle isn’t a pleasure either. Just use the discomfort as a motivator.
